The Community Portal

The Community Portal is where your community members sign up, choose how they receive their alerts, and view recent alerts.

You can use the Community Portal Demo to see exactly what your users will see when using the system.

The Administration Area

The Administration Area is where you and your staff can send alerts, edit your alert categories, create templates, etc. This is the side of Community Crier Online that you'll make the most use of.
